Mise en place d'un dispositif participatif

J'ai proposé d'activer un atelier de construction.
Cet atelier avait pour stock de départ un nombre arbitraire de
planches (restes de vieux mobilier). Le travail consistait à assembler
ces planches selon la règle suivante : à chaque fois qu'on
utilisait une planche, on en coupait une autre en deux. Ainsi, le nombre
de planches du stock restait identique mais dans des dimensions de plus
en plus réduites tandis que la construction devenait de plus en
plus dense. Je pouvais donc travailler durant toute la Nuit blanche
avec le public.
Setting up a participative disposition
:
I proposed to iniciate a construction workshop
during the night. This workshop had as a first stock an arbitrary number
of planks (old furniture). The work consisted in putting those boards
together following one rule: everytime a board was used, another one had
to be cut off in two pieces. Thus the number of planks would stay the
same but in smaller and smaller dimension. Whereas the construction would
become more and more dense. And so I could work during the all « Nuit
Blanche » with the public.
