En présence de Stephen Wright et Hervé Roelants, les deux "coordonnateurs" du numéro. Le lancement a eu lieu dans un environnement résonnant, incluant :

- A full-wall installation of original manuscript pages from the journal by Jean-Louis Py, Hervé Roelants, Nicolas Simonin, Isabelle Thierry (more than 200)

- Il y avait aussi le BAR qui a du fermé à 22h épuisé.

De juillet à janvier de cette année, le Studio Cormier se transforme au contact de l'artiste française Séverine Hubard qui l'occupe dans le cadre du programme les Inclassables. À la découverte de ce magnifique espace, conçu et anciennement habité par l'architecte moderne Ernest-Cormier, elle décide illico vouloir l'ouvrir aux artistes et au public pour des actions ponctuelles. C'est dans cette optique qu'à lieu a performance vidéo et sonore des artistes Rob Kennedy et Peter Dowling, de Glasgow (résidence de production à PRIM) présentée le 30 août dernier. On pourra aussi y voir l'installation de Séverine intitulée I found a job but no garden.
From July to January this year, Studio Cormier has morphed in keeping with the work of French artist Séverine Hubard, who is currently resident in the space through the Inclassables program. Given this extraordinary space, designed by modern engineer and architect Ernest Cormier, who made it his studio and meeting place for friends, the artist has chosen to open it up to a broad group of users for a series of specific events. It is in this spirit that she hosted the video and sound performance of Glasgow-based artists Rob Kennedy and Peter Dowling, on August 30. It is also the site of Séverine’s own installation, I found a job but no garden.

Cette action est une initiative partagée de Skol http://www.skol.ca/ et Rhinoceros http://rhinocerosetc.free.fr/ (représentés respectivement par Anne Bertrand et Hervé Roelants), grandement renchérie par Séverine Hubard, et en échange continu avec Stephen Wright. L'action donne forme au désir de Skol de mobiliser ses ressources sous-utilisées en soutenant les actions qui sont porteuses d'échanges pour l'ensemble de ses usagers.
This event is a joint initiative of Skol and Rhinoceros (represented respectively by Anne Bertrand and Hervé Roelants), greatly energized by Séverine Hubard, and in an ongoing exchange with Stephen Wright. It seeks to give concrete form to Skol’s desire to make fuller use of its resources by supporting interaction-engendering initiatives for all its usership.

Publication bilingue basée à Strasbourg, chaque numéro de Livraison est à la fois une revue, un livre, une exposition et son catalogue — une sorte de petite usine à différences. Livraison # 8 est consacrée au Traduire — entre les langues, mais aussi les images, les codes, les contextes. Comme l'annonce l'éditorial, «nous sommes tous des auteurs responsables de l'état du monde, qui traduisons au fur et à mesure des configurations instables en d'autres, tout aussi instables, parce que traduites à leur tour» — remettant ainsi en question la figure même de l'auteur, de l'autorité. Bien qu'il y ait un certain nombre de textes, la revue ne comporte aucun signe typographique, si ce n'est de façon fantomatique, en surimpression transparente sur la couverture. Chaque texte a été retranscrit manuellement, le transformant ainsi en image, en dessin. Livraison #8 n'est pas seulement une publication traitant de la traduction, c'est aussi, en soi, une traduction possible.
Each issue of the bilingual, Strasbourg-based publication Livraison is at one and the same time a journal, a book, an exhibition and its catalogue – a hand-held assembly-line of differences. Livraison # 8 focuses on “Translating” – between languages, but also between images, codes and contexts. “We are all coauthors of – and thus co-accountable for – the state of the world,” suggests the editorial, “translating one cluster of unstable signs into another equally unstable form, destined to undergo translation in turn,” thus throwing the figure and function of the author, and authority, into question. Though comprised of a number of texts, the issue includes not a single typographical character, or merely in spectral form, transparently superimposed on the cover. Every text was written out by hand, thus re-translating text into image and drawing. Livraison # 8 is less a publication dealing with translation than, in and of itself, a possible translation.
